Phyo Thet Ko, Mahar Polaris has grown into a trusted Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service (SRPS), providing professional crew management solutions to the global maritime industry. To strengthen our international presence, we established our Singapore branch, Mahar Marine Service, in 2022.

From a dedicated team of 25 employees and our first principal, we have steadily expanded our operations through professionalism, integrity, and dependable service. Today, we proudly support over 900+ Myanmar seafarers serving onboard vessels worldwide and maintain trusted partnerships with 5 international principals. Our continued growth reflects our commitment to quality, seafarer welfare, and building long-term relationships with both shipowners and seafarers.
